Introducing the RS Pro Stripper

​​A machine designed for the use of removing paint from alloy wheels. 

Achieved by heating a purpose manufactured water-based chemical (RSP01) and flowing it over the wheels and utilising the steam
produced in the heating process to further aid stripping. The Pro Strip then controls the steam to atmosphere.
The Pro Strip is designed to remove the paint solids from the chemical at the primary stage and minimise the user exposure to the chemical.

• Automatic twin speed extraction system. Only allows access to the wheel working area when safe and clear.
• 24-hour, 7-day timer for automatic heater control. Have the machine ready to use when you need it.
• Low maintenance further lowering the user exposure to the chemical.

POWER SUPPLY

• The RS Pro Strip requires a 3 phase 400v 32amp power supply with a neutral and earth.

• The Pro Strip max power output is 20kwh at 28amps.
• The RS Pro Strip will be supplied with no plug or electric cable if supplied outside of the UK mainland,  you will need a qualified electrician to hard wire the machine to your supply or to fit a plug.

 

• Ireland -  PLUG
• If the RS Pro Strip is supplied in Ireland, a 3-phase 5 pin (with a neutral) plug can be fitted on request.
• A matching socket, preferably with an isolator switch needs to be in place prior to the delivery.
  
• AIR SUPPLY
• No air needed. The Pro Strip requires no air supply.
• EXTRACTION DUCTING
  
• The fan unit is 450mm, however a reduced 300mm ducting can be used.
  The ducting can be mounted vertically or horizontal by fitting a 90° bend.
